We do not accept returns for non-defective items. Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- The item must be in its original packaging, including dust bags, barcodes, and all accompanying paperwork.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following conditions:
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- For payments made online using Visa or any other card: A 2.5% service fee charged by our payment provider is non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
- We will process the refund and send you a receipt/proof of the transaction within 3 business days of approval.
- The refunded amount may take 4 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your individual bank's processing times.
