Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we highly recommend that you inspect the products while the courier is still at your door. If you choose not to check the items at the time of delivery, please note that you will not be able to return the product for a refund. The only exception to this policy is if there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a product, you have two options:

- Delivery Exchange: Alternatively, you may request an exchange via delivery. Please be aware that an additional delivery fee will be applicable for this service.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. To facilitate this process, please provide photographic evidence of the defect and a detailed description of the issue.

At Wenna's Stuffs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where returns, refunds, or exchanges are necessary. Please review our policy below:

We do not accept returns for non-defective items. Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including dust bags, barcodes, and all accompanying paperwork.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Please note that custom orders or items marked as "By Order" cannot be returned. These items are eligible for exchange only, subject to the same conditions outlined above.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will require proof of the defect or damage (photos or videos) to process your request. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following conditions:
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- For payments made online using Visa or any other card: A 2.5% service fee charged by our payment provider is non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
- We will process the refund and send you a receipt/proof of the transaction within 3 business days of approval.
- The refunded amount may take 4 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your individual bank's processing times.
